nice stay but dinner was a letdown

The hotel is modern and luxurious. I loved having breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the pleasant garden view. The wellness area impressed me with its fine design.

I would have preferred a King bed instead of a Twin room, which affected my sleep quality.

The overall design of the hotel was well thought out, from the entrance of the hotel with the water feature through to having games available in the bar. We opted for a superior room and it was one of the best rooms we have stayed in to date. We would definitely revisit as we enjoyed what the area itself had to offer

5 star service! We liked our room, was very spacious, the bar we found a pleasant place to have pre-dinners and the restaurant & reception staff provided us with exceptional service.

My room was huge and had a fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast was very good, the best I had in Middelburg. Its location not too far from Zep was good and peaceful.

Nice spacious rooms. One of the best bathrooms i have ever seen. Located just outside middelburg. Theres a shopping center next door with a KFC, V&D and a kids play area. Excellent for daytrips to the beach at Domburg

The corridors were a bit dark. No Swimming pool.

This hotel is super nice with spacious and cozy rooms. The bathroom reminded me of a spa with a huge tub and a rain shower. Breakfast was really good, so many options to choose from! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I liked that parking was easy and the location was good too.

The restaurant food for dinner was kinda disappointing and didn't taste great. I also felt a bit uneasy about leaving my stuff in the room since the safe didn't feel secure.

Style of Hotel, size and comfort of rooms, huge stylish bathrooms, Excellent Breakfast. Great value and an absolute recommendation when special rate offers are available during off-peak periods.

Location is only great if you have a car! Service and ambiance depend on occupancy. If many guests present like on weekends, be prepared that staff gets overwhelmed and things risk to get out of control and expect waiting queues at check-in, check-out, breakfast. A little bit too much vaunt regarding the dutch Van der Valk Horeca-family clan who owns that chain and it seems they put at least one of their members in charge in each hotel ( if you read the print company magazine available in the rooms, you will understand what I mean ). I could explain some of the few but weird organisational flaws.

Bathroom was excellent, it has shower and bathtub as well.Bed was very comfortable with a lot of pillows.

It was outside of city centre, but close to shopping mall.

Really good golf course views enhance the overall experience.

I couldn't believe the air conditioning was broken during a heatwave. It was unacceptable! After being promised a room with functional A/C for my health, I was left in discomfort. The cleanliness was a disgrace-with unclean bathrooms and stuff left over from the previous guests. The lack of attention to basic hygiene implies the management doesn't care about guests' well-being at all.

We had a very enjoyable short stay at the 2nd night.

The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Zep. It was also not far from the centre of town, and the buffet areas and the eating areas. We had wheelchair accessible room with sperate shower, coffee machine, very comfy beds, which was important.
